Ag Day at the Capitol
Lt. Governor Lee Fisher, Agriculture Director Robert Boggs, over 100 legislators and over 350 county Farm Bureau leaders will gather February 12th to discuss the 2008 agriculture agenda and political outlook as Ohio Farm Bureau hosts its premiere annual grassroots advocacy event, Ag Day at the Capitol, at the Hyatt on Capitol Square in downtown Columbus.
County Farm Bureau presidents, public policy action team leaders, and young farmers invited by their county Farm Bureau, can register for Ag Day at the Capitol by contacting their county Farm Bureau office or their Organization Director. Legislators, government officials, and members of the media may register by e-mailing Doug Foxx at dfoxx@ofbf.org.
